In January of 2025, the realization hit, I was about to become an empty nester. I spent eighteen years raising an incredible human. I have had the best village of family and friends, my tribe, as my rock through this journey. But my life was about to have a major pivot. What was next for me? That was a question I had never paused to ponder or even consider, let alone know how to answer.

My brother gave me the most amazing gift, career and life coaching package with Gracie Miller, owner of Live Life Purpose Coaching and Consulting. In my first session with Gracie, I told her I wanted to own a bookstore with pinball because these were two of my favorite things so why wouldn't I want that! While this is an intriguing idea, Gracie spent many months working with me, tailoring her approach to help me dig into the deepest parts of who I am.

 

During this journey, I found something hidden within my soul. A natural calling that was always there, I just had not paused to acknowledge it. The more I explored this calling, the faster I dove in. As an avid life long learner, I immersed myself. And just like that, my heart and soul found the very things that brought joy in the rawest form. What was next for me, the very question that I had no idea how to answer a few months prior all of the sudden had a clear answer, energy healing and practitioner work.
